A week staying here comes at a price, but the investment is worth it, if you crave seclusion, privacy and tranquility.

The first thing I noticed was that anyone travelling with children, tended to put them into the children's' club by day, and leave them there late enough to be able to enjoy an adult evening dinner without them.  Are these children normally sent to boarding school during term time? Maybe? But it meant the resort had an adults only feel, even though many couples had brought their children.

The second thing was even though the resort was located on it's own private lagoon, with an abundance of all inclusive water spots to enjoy, the only motorised  vessel was for the waterski instruction and this was rarely used by the guests.  Or the twice daily snorkling excursion out to the reef.  Making the beach front totally tranquil. In fact the reef creates a shield from the Ocean into the lagoon, stopping the surf dead, leaving a body of water so calm and only whipped up by incoming winds.
Poolside dining
Fine Dining - Pontoon Restaurant.  The gentle swaying of the deck as you eat takes a little getting used to. Especially as by night, there is no horizon, so if you are inclined to travel sickness this restaurant might not be a good choice for you.  We were fortunate enough to see the resident shark make a rare appearance, seen clearly in the underwater lighting as he came to check out what we were eating that evening, no doubt in the hope he'd get some prized scraps.  The food can't be faulted. Every dish presented beautifully.
The quality of food in the main restaurant was first class.  Without fail there was a different flavour soufflé every evening, alongside other deserts.  Each time risen and brought to the table still looking perfectly risen.
The restaurants put on themed evenings. Our favourite was the BBQ night, hosted near the beach. `Unlimited helpings from the array of salads, tapas style starters, and endless meats and fish coming off the flames grilled to perfection.  It was hard to leave room for the deserts.
The Lagoon is vast and leads into a nature reserve within the hotel resort.  This body of water is home to so many fish varieties that in sitting watching one spot of water for an hour I lost count of the various species swimming in schools back and forth.
An abundance of Instagram moments across the resort, and not another guest to be seen for miles.
Private Beach just continues endlessly around the lagoon body of water.  With no other hotels nearby, this really is a secluded resort, famed for it's privacy.
The Spa - so good we booked multiple treatments across various days. This is the relax pool where you are collected from for your treatment.
View from our balcony.
Next Up - Sister Resort to the Constance Prince, the more family orientated Belle Plage.  We stayed at the Belle Plage as it's directly opposite the Constance resorts golf course.  So if golf is your thing - click below to check out the pictures of the course
