After a fortnight of adventuring across Myanmar, I chose to finish the trip with a stay in Rakhine on Ngapali beach in true luxury by taking a beach front suite at the Hilton Ngapali Resort & Spa. The room was the size of a small apartment building, with main bedroom and lounge facing straight out to private infinity pool with jets. Private deck and pagoda. A private courtyard separates the sleeping quarters from the bathroom, with a dressing area and complete with indoor and outdoor showers.
The resort was perfect place for topping up tan and getting some R&R topping up the internal battery before heading back to London and the daily commute on the underground and a fast pace job at a major global tech company.
